This code is for the evap emissions system incorrect purge flow. This usually won't affect the engines ability to start, however on rare occasions the purge valve can stick open. This will allow the fuel vapors to travel into the engine when filling the car up with gas. The end result is a flooded engine which will usually start, but start hard.
