It revs to 5000 before it will shift up.  No issue cranking just not shifting properly and the oil pressure drops..... Keep seeing change crankshaft sensor not sure if that's my problem.  Also going up a hill it has a loss of power like it does not want to speed up, it does this occasionally.

P1391 Intermittent loss of CMP or CKP

Check the flywheel , if the flywheel is damage the CKP will read wrong

 Here a flywheel for a Jeep 4.0 , these slots here is the tone for the CKP, if the flywheel is damage it will shift the CKP out of position , On this Jeep a P1391 was set, The difference from your vehicle and this , is this had a rough idle and sluggish acceleration.
