P1211 ICP not controllable

P1249 Waste gate fails safety test

White smoke, is insufficient combustion. all the ICP does is monitor oil pressure for the pulse width of the fuel injector. this is not going to cause the white smoke at start up or even running. you would need to do a compression test. The 7.3 uses pre combustion chamber these tend to crack over time and use.
