P0320 Ford - can faulty ignition coil cause this

car shut off while driving started the next day drove around 4 miles shut down again now will not start. No spark at plug

No spark at the sparkplug for one of the cylinder will cause that cylinder to misfire if the problem was with the ignition coil. If there is no spark at any of the ignition coil the main suspect would be with the CKP (crank position sensor)
