I have the code p20e8 on my 2011 Ford F550, what is reductant pressure?

if not looked after can the malfunction of the urea system cause problems to your truck

It deals with the Urea pump.The Urea system will attempt to build pressure a few times, and if after XX times and XX seconds of a failing attempt it will throw this code.
 

possible causes:

1. Urea pump problem
2. Urea injector stuck open (causing pressure to no be able to build)
3. A clog somewhere causing low flow to/from the urea pump.
4. A pressure sensor malfunction
