2012 GMC Acadia V6 3.6L the engine code P0017 is showing up. We installed a cam sensor and 2 cam sensors, but the code still shows up. What are my options to fix this

This code is for the exhaust cam position out of sync. It is possible the issue is with the harness connections, the cam signal plate, the timing actually being off or a problem with the computer. Each has to be eliminated. Since you have replaced the cam sensor, then you have to check the signal plate of the cam, and check the timing to make sure it's not off.
