misfire trouble

I changed all plugs wires and ignition coils ran great for a month now its misfiring in1,3,&6 and check engine light flashing

If you used aftermarket coils, it could be the issue, but sometimes with this many misfires it's also the timing Check and make sure the timing is on. If it is, then the next step would be a compression test.
