Need to know if the electronic control module can cause all of these errors?

Question

Poor electronic control module code /general miss fire with other errors throughout. Recently replaced head and gasket and have replaced many parts with it. I have double checked all wiring and all grounds and everything is right. Needing to know if the EMC could cause all of this. Poor idling and rough driving. Car shakes throughout. Error codes are p0118 and p0350. Please help
