Timing marks are good, everything plugged back in, oil level good, engine running good. Got code p0028 first reset and cleared 30 miles later got code p0026. Will change oil and filter to see if dirty oil is the cause

Hi there,

This could also be a result of the timing belt being off by one or two teeth. The codes can appear when this is the case and the car will run fine. If the oil change doesn't help, then I would double check the timing belt.
