What does it most likely mean if P0440 and P0152 show up at the same time?

Question

Both P0440 and P0152 showed at the same time.  I've seen P0152 and P0300 at the same time and replaced the upstream O2 sensor and some ignition coils.  It went away but now is back with the P0440 code.

The P0152 code indicates an issue with the O2 sensor. Though you have replaced the sensor and are still experiencing the issue, there are other possible causes. Here is a list for you.
