Both P0440 and P0152 showed at the same time.  I've seen P0152 and P0300 at the same time and replaced the upstream O2 sensor and some ignition coils.  It went away but now is back with the P0440 code.
Vehicle: 2003 Dodge Intrepid 3.5L
