Honda Civic 2006 encounter engine stalls with DTC u0155 and u0028

Question

I recently been having engine stalls, typically it happens during stops at traffics. However, while my car had not really stalls on the move, it is noticeable that the car headlights goes off and on in a momentarily, and the engine check light, ABS indicator, Parking Brakes Lights comes on and off momentarily at the same time.

I sent my car to a nearby mechanics who did a check on the PCM and told me there is DTC u0155 and u0028, however, he is not sure what is the cause and hence what to fix.

Appreciate someone is able to advise, what i should do next.
