Is it ok to drive with a P0622 code on a Dodge Caliber 2.0 on?

replaced the alternator and had the PCM flashed but the battery light is still on. can i drive it?

No , if you do drive this with this code condition you very guaranteed to be towed to your destination. Reflashing the ECM does not correct this code. When the alternator charges it field is turned on. What happens a lot of time when this code appear the alternator will charge just for a while then out of no where it does not charge at all. Measure the field at the alternator which is the BR/GY it should be 12 volts. if not replace the ECM
