Got code P1446, changed EVAP control still getting P1446 code on my 2005 Nissan Xterra V6. What should I do next?

P1446 EVAP vent control  S/V is stuck open or will not seal when operated./ closed

Nissan has a TSB about this code condition TSB # NTB07-058 , what this TSB wants you to do is to replace the EVAP vent control SV. and install a filter kit
