I was shown on a OBD diagnostic that P1281 code as Accelerator pedal position sensor..?

My problem occurs when engine running and dies randomly, but will start again immediately. Motor dies at random times ( ex. Some while Driving on road or Hwy,, sometimes when coming to a stop,, and sometimes when I start engine it dies,, but again,, it will crank right back up ). What are some things I need to try?
