2004 KIA Sorento EX 6cyl. 4wd with engine code P1121

Question

my 2004 Kia Sorento EX is throwing code P1121 which indicates problems with the throttle sensor. I replaced the sensor, but it is still throwing the same code and won't start. Any suggestions?

P1121 TPS signal circuit from ECM to TCM

Whenever you replace the TPS sensor on this type engine you are suppose to adjust the idle RPM using a scantool. .Even with this code the engine should start. there are other contributing factor that is causing the no start condition. such as fuel pressure, does the engine produce ignition spark to start, check the basic for the no start condition,
