1999 Ford ExpeditionWhy does my oil gauge fluctuate rapidly

Oil gauge on dash cluster raoidly moves from high to low. Code p0354 appears on code tester but that says cylinder 4 is misfiring. Please help

P0354 Ignition coil A-J primary secondary malfunction

P0354 is a misfire this can be just from the ignition coil , a ignition coil boot leaking secondary ignition , one cylinder that has a misfire condition is not going to cause the oil gauge to rapidly  move from high to low, to truly know what causing the oil gauge to rapidly move is do a oil pressure test on the engine
