Check the fuse Cadillac produced a TSB # 07-08-49-018, This may not apply to your vehicle but its worth looking into, what happens is the parking brake pedal may have chaffed or cut the IP wire which would cause some of the fuses to open. check the under hood fuse for any open fuse and replace , also the DSM fuse which is at the left side of the IP (instrument panel)
