2002 chevy venture. changed the spark plugs and wiring three times, just changed the coils too a few days ago all three were changed. check engine light just came on today with p0301 again. I pass emissions every two years. the head gasket was changed three years ago, no over heating. the fuel tank, lines and other fuel components were changed in the last two years. I use 91 fuel and fuel system cleaners. all fluids were flushed and changed in the last two years.

Hi there,

It sounds like you may have a faulty fuel injector on #1, or possibly in intake gasket leak. You should also do a compression test on the engine to make sure the inside of the engine is in good shape.
