P0316 Mazda -

I have a 2003 Mazda Tribute V6 3L. The test gave me OBDII codes: Po 403 Po 353 Po 316 Po 303. After changing the six candles, gaskets, EGR valve and the EGR solenoid the new test gives me Po 302, Po Po 316 and 403. Please advise me what to do.
