I own a 2005 Toyota Corolla LE. I have owned it for a year now and the entire time the check engine light has been on. The car is currently showing engine codes P0441, P0455 and P0456. We have taken the car to several mechanics including Toyota and no one has been able to correctly diagnose the issue. I have had the transmission rebuilt, the gas cap replaced and the gas canister replaced, none of which have fixed the issue. The car is up to date with all of the recalls. I have spent thousands of dollars on this issue now and am frustrated that it has not yet been resolved. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

P0441 Incorrect purge flow

P0445 Evaporative emission control system leak detected (Gross leak)

P0446 Evaporative emission control system leak detected (small leak)

The vapor valve has been updated by Toyota which is located on the charcoal canister, you have 2 code where the purge was commanded on at one time is set a P0446 (small leak) then the ECM failed this. Another time the purge was commanded on the ECM detected a P0445 (large leak) , You still have a failed vapor valve regardless if the charcoal canister is new, the vapor valve is faulty
