Changed plugs n coil pack what next?

My 05 town and country reads p2305 n has real rough idle while accelerating and decelerating. I've changed plugs and coil pack . Things I've read say try wires next is this true ? Thank you.

The plug wires should be next. If it doesn't resolve the issue then I would try swapping the #5 injector with the one next to it and see if the problem moves with it. If it does, then you know the injector is the issue. If not, check for intake manifold vacuum leaks.
