Please help me Subaru runs fine but codes p0700 and p718

Question

I have codes P0700 and P0718. The car runs fine other than the ABS and traction control lights coming on an off.

Please help me understand this

P0700 Transmission fault detected

P0718 this code is not used by Subaru, what this code is a input/turbine speed sensor circuit malfunction, The ABS system uses the speed sensor to know how fast the vehicle is travely to adjust the need for a ABS application. When the ABS light comes on the ABS system is disabled.
