2000 Mercury Sable 3.0L with engine code P1237, how do I know if it's the driver module or is it the fuel pump that's bad???

P1237 Fuel pump secondary circuit malfucntion

The way to determine this is to check for proper voltage at the fuel pump, if it has power its the fuel pump. You may also want to try to switch out the fuel pump relay .
