U1000 Cadillac - amp u1000 current

2003 deville radio stopped working. Bose system with amp navigation and cd changer. Disconnected negative cable to battery and worked for 1 day. Now not working at all no power. AMP u1000 current code. Checked all fuses and they look fine. Replaced amp and still not working.
