p0101 code on 2008 topkick 4500 swapped sensor

hi i have a chevvy topkick 4500 lmm which gives me the code p0101.
i have replaced maf sensor,upper wiring harness,cleaned egr valve and checked all intake piping for leaks. this problem is driving me nuts can you help please?

Vehicle: 2008 chevrolet topkick kodiak 4500 lmm v8 diesel
