Hi there,

This code is for the evap system vent control solenoid. This is the solenoid on the charcoal canister. You can test it by removing it, then adding a power wire and then a ground. When you hit it with the ground it should make a click type of noise. If it doesn't it's frozen and needs to be replaced.
