P0170 Mercedes-Benz - AFTER ADDING FUEL INJECTOR CLEANER TO MY GAS THIS IS HAPPENING ?

Can this gas treatment be the cause of these issues ? PO507 / PO173 / PO170...?

P0507 Idle control system higher than expected

P0173 Fuel trim malfunction Bank 2

P0170 Fuel trim malfucntion Bank 1

No , very slim chance adding a fuel treament will do this , Check for vacuum leaks, this would be more than likely the cause for these code to set

 Split vacuum hose such as this found on a MBZ would set a fuel trim malfucntion and a higher than normal idle.
