2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS, can a bad downstream o2 sensor cause p1174 to set?

Hi there,

It is possible for the rear O2 to cause the issue. I have seen this in the past but it's fairly rare. Normally the issue is the front sensor and not the rear.
