2008 Ford F250 SD 6.4L Diesel with engine code P0087

Question

I have an 2008 Ford F250 SD 6.4L Diesel Powerstroke. Will this truck continue to run when the hpfp is gone out. It has not shut down on me but I lose power @ 70 mph (apprx). I have 335 k miles over 13 k hours. Deleted dpf & erg's. Using a h&s xrt pro. Thanks for all help
