U1109 -This code came up for failed inspection.

I HAVE A 2012 MITSUBISHI GALENT. I brought it in for inspection , it failed due to front brakes mind you no lights or grinding was going on so I had the front rotors calipers and break shoes done now it still wont pass with code u1109 coming up about the emissions. WHAT IS THE DEFINITION ANS WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED , ASJUSTER OR WHATEVER TO BE DONE SO WHEN THEY HOOK IT TO THE INSECTION MACHIEN IT WILL PASS. THE CAR IS RUNNING GREAT NO DASH LIGHTS ON WHATS SO EVER.
