Codes P0036 & 0141 came up when the check engine light came on. What is it?

These codes point to a bad O2 sensor, not a fuse issue. It is also possible the wiring to the sensor is the problem but normally the sensor itself is the issue. You need a scan tool that can read live data from the sensors to determine which of the 2 are the problem.
