Grand Am is not starting without starter fluid on the first try

Grand Am 2003 3.4 needs starter fluid the first time but later when is warm start normally, i remove MAF sensor and TPS but the computer is not turning on the check engine light. sorry for the bad english
i want to know why is not starting the first time without fluid but later when is warm starts normally and why the computer is not telling me about the sensor i removed
