P0305 Saturn - need help diagnosing

Question

We have replaced the plugs and the #5 coil pack, and the intake manifold gaskets. And still have a #5 cylinder misfire.

I would check the fuel injector, swap it with one of the others and see if the misfire moves. I would also check engine compression. Probably do the compression test first because it would be easier.
