Why would it run ok for 1 night after replacing the plugs and such if it was the knock sensor?

• it started lugging. Sometimes it's really bad and other times not so much. Sometimes if you keep it at a steady pace it seems to do better.

The knock set a code do to the vehicle lugging, If the engine luggs recheck the sparkplug wire for any igntion secondary seeking ground.
