2010 Pontiac G5 2.2L with code P0641

Question

Have a 2010 Pontiac G5 2.2L says reduced engine and traction off. Starts fine once in gear pops up. Can drive but harder shifting and at start feels like going to stall.

This code means the 5 volt reference voltage is low. This will cause running issues as well as the problem you are having. Most of the time the cause is the PCM. Here is some more info on the code for you.
