2011 Volkswagen Jetta with engine code P0401

Question

I keep getting the p0401 code I have replaced both EGR valves high and low pressure side. The mass airflow sensor. The dpf was checked and not clogged. What's next? What else can it be?

Many times there is a blockage on the egr port that will cause the code to appear.
