Hi, I owen a 1999 Ford Ranger 3.0 L and I hear a squeaky noisy from the engine. So I connected the scanner obdII and the result was P0340 camshaft sensor. I'm not sure if I have to replace both the camshaft sensor and the cam synchronize assembly?? Please help!!! Omar
