This al depends on what the misfire is from, the most usually cause is a igntion related misfire conditon.

 The best way to identify a misfire is with a igntion analyzer this will help determine is the misfire is from igntion related such as igntion coil or fuel related such as fuel injector

 Most causes are igntion related, what you can do is move igntion coil number 2 and number 5 to a different cylinder location clear the code if the mifire condtion follows, the igntion coil would be the cause of the misfire conditon
