P0031 Lexus -

Question

I have Lexus ES 300 , 2003 make, did not pass the emission test in Tucson , AZ as the engine light is on. The engine light is on for the last 2 years. The diagnostic trouble code was P0031, P0101, P0102 and P0113. How to pass the emission test, and who is the proper person for this repair.

P0031 Oxygen sensor heater control circuit low Bank 1 Sensor 1

P0101 Mass airflow circuit range perfomance problem

P0102 Mass airflow circuit low input

P0113 Intake air temperature sensor circuit high input

For P0113 this is circuit high input, what this is a disconnection of the intake air temperature sensor or the temperature sensor itself, When there is a MAF sensor code you can expect the 02 sensor to malfucntion and hopefully the MAF is affecting the perfromance of the 02 sensor this can also be reversed, if there a exhaust leak just prior to the bank 1 sensor 1 02 sensor it will affect the operation of the MAF sensor. Because there are 2 code for the MAF sensor check the airduct of the MAF sensor a tear or air leakage will set a MAF code.
