2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser V6 4WD with engine code P0420, engine shutters intermittently

It seems to only have this one code. i was driving normally and my engine light started flashing. when i wen tto accelerate, it wasnt keeping up. then, when i stopped, the car stated shaking. i turned the car off, then back on after 10 min, and it wasnt doing it anymore and i got all the way back home.

CK ENG LT flashing when it comes to Toyota and the CK ENG LT flashese this is more of a igntion coil problem. If this was sparkplug you would have the misfire condition regardless if you turned of the engine. Depending on your scan tool you should have a pending code menu, check that menu for any misfire cylinder that may have been idenified.
