Would I get this code also .

Hi there,

The code is for the ignition coil on #4 cylinder. This may cause the mulitple misfire code, but it's more likely you have more then one failing. The computer just can't pick it up yet. I would replace cylinder 4 coil, then clear the codes and see what comes back.
