When this code occurs it represent that the 02 sensor is slow or degraded, this is where the 02 sensor does not reach the appriote voltage that the PCM requires, What Acura requires for the inspection of P0131 is to test the fuel pressure , if the fuel pressure is within specification replace the 02 sensor for Bank 1 Sensor which is the upstream 02 sensor
