I have a 2000 Honda Accord with engine code P1738, what does this code mean?

This code is for the second clutch pressure circuit. Low or dirty transmission fluid can cause this code to appear. It's also possible the switch is bad. This is on the outside of the transmission and fairly easy to replace.
