These engine are known for overheating.If the engine is overheating or has a coolant loss this is where the misfire condition is coming from. When you have a P0741 there is a variety of condition that can set this code such as a brake pedal switch that always has the brake light on, or a TCC that is stuck or binding setting this code condition, the worste one, would be low transmission hydraulic pressure.
