02 trailblazer no starter engagement with scanner hook up shows low ign. voltage @ 1.9 should show battery voltage. has batter voltage on fuse and pink wire to BCM term. A 19
but don't know were to check from there

P1682 Igntion 1 voltage less than 10 volts

Something open or not connected properly , in the engine fuse box how is all the fuses. and the battery connection that goes to the fuse box.
