2005 dodge caravan 3.8 codes of 404 and 420

I'm getting the codes of 404 and 420 on a 2005 dodge caravan. What do they mean?

P0404 EGR position sensor performance

P0420 Catalytic below efficiency Bank 1

P0404 this is a faulty EGR valve, where its pintle is not where it is to be, this a indication of a faulty EGR valve. As for P0420 this is for the cataltyic convertor, catalytic does wear out after mileage and time.

P0404 when this occurs the ECM does not see the EGR valve position at its desigated area, replacement of the EGR is the common fix
