2002 Camry, 4 cylinder malfunction indicator light came on

malfunction indicator light came on , went to autozone , I was told that the gas was to lean that the fuel injectors are not allowing enough gas to flow. He sold me two bottles of injector cleaner. What do you think

The lean code is typically caused by a faulty mass air flow sensor or a bad front O2 sensor. The injector cleaner may help, but it's not a likely cure in my opinion.
