P0441 Volkswagen - will this problem cause cylinder misfired ?

My 2005 GTI shows 2 fault codes, PO441 and PO301. Are the faults related ? My car experience misfiring particularly when it is pushed hard. Engine vibrates a lot when started in the morning.

Hi there,

These codes aren't related. I would look for a bad coil, fuel injector or intake manifold leak causing the misfire code.
