P0301 Misfire number 1 cylinder

P0316 Misfire detected on startup

What ususally set a misfire is the igntion coil, Having P0316 you may just have more than one cylinder misfiring, swap the number 1 igntion coil with a different cylinder if the misfire move with the moved coil replace the igntion coil, also check the sparkplug of the other cylinder this year make and model sparkplugs tend to get loose

Beside the igntion coil causing misfire condtion, the igntion coil boots is also some of the main cause for misfire conditons
