p0141 & P1399 rough idle 2003 Honda Odyssey

I've had code P0141display intermittently for several months.

Now it's showing P1399 and it barely runs.

What could be the problem?

Barely runs, the EGR is stuck open. P1399 is most due to the EGR valve being stuck in the open position

With a EGR stuck in the open position the engine would not be able to idle that good,
